I bought these as a gift for my
mom in brown. I own a pair in black, but paid full price for
mine. We both love them for their comfort & style. This is a
great shoe for running errands and doing everyday stuff. It
looks nicer than a sneaker but is oh soo comfortable! I needed
a brown shoe to go with jeans etc and this one fit the bill.
It looks cute with or without socks. I love Skechers Active
Bikers Step Ups. I got a pair of the ones with mesh where the
suede is on these, and have just loved them so much, I decided
to get this more substantial Step Up model for winter. They
are so cute and comfortable. People always comment on how much
they like them. To tell you the truth, I think about 15 women
at my church have some sort of Active Bikers by Skechers. I
want to buy a pair of the Step Ups in brown. I hope they will
bring back the mesh shoes next year. I would definitely keep
buying both styles. They are wonderful! I recently broke my
foot and haven't been able to wear many shoes. The doctor says
it could take up to 6 months and the swelling may never go
away. These shoes are soft with enough cushion in the bottom
that I can wear them all day without pain. They also breathe.
The velcro strap allows me to adjust to whatever size my foot
decides to be on any given day.
This is the first pair of
Skechers for me. I really like this style. Everything was true
to size, color, width, etc. I can wear these shoes with any
type of pants. Very comfortable, I would purchase them again!
I have always been fascinated with the look of a mary-jane
style on Men. From the Christopher Robin in Winnie the Pooh to
the strap shoes the Scottish Highlanders wear with their dress
kilts, it is a style that reflects youth and vitality. These
are extremely comfortable shoes and are great for casual wear.
The sporty-ness of the style makes it androgynous enough for
men and women to wear. Bought this hoping for a comfortable
casual shoe because I have "picky" feet and I get tired of
having to wear tennis shoes anytime I'm going to have to walk
very much. I had cheated and tried a pair on at a store, so I
wasn't worried about the sizing so much, but the strap design
gives a little extra flexibility in that department. I really
like these shoes - have worn them at least every other day
since I got them and I almost always get compliments on them!
They are very comfortable - my feet still get tired after
wearing them for hours, but that goes for just about any shoe
with me. I also highly recommend shoebuy.com - I have already
